The candidates were then personally interviewed by Hardy Montague in order to learn in greater depth what they do, how they do it and of course to determine that they have a genuine enthusiasm for the concept and for helping their Team be successful. Finally they were coached by Montague in how to take full advantage of what the "Team Marty" concept has to offer.
