(JoCo Team 2) For the most part they are presidents of companies, managers, independent contractors and top level sales people. With few exceptions, businesses and business owners were all recommended highly by one of their peers as entrepreneurs who maintain the highest standards of quality and service. The candidates were then personally interviewed by Dave Rizer in order to learn in greater depth what they do, how they do it and of course to determine that they have a genuine enthusiasm for the concept and for helping their Team be successful. Finally they were coached by Dave in how to take full advantage of what the "Team Marty" concept has to offer.
